Susan O'Connor

CEO and Communications & Coaching Lead

Susan is a results-oriented communications leader with high emotional intelligence and expertise in change and organizational realignment communications, employee engagement and culture with over 30 years in internal/leadership communications.

She uses her knowledge and skill to help growing businesses and those that are struggling to meet their goals and objectives by providing concise and consistent leadership and frontline manager communications.

Knowing that engaged employees put forth discretionary effort, Susan is passionate about helping businesses succeed and ensuring employees have the knowledge they need to do their jobs.

Susan graduated from Seton Hall University with a B.A. degree in Communications. She enjoys continuing her education through The Institute for Life Coach Training.

Randall "Randy" Lumia, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

President, COO and People Strategy Lead

Randy brings three decades of experience to Paradise Workplace Solutions. Throughout his seasoned career, he has worked with companies of all sizes and breadth of business needs. He has managed staffs large and small in Manufacturing and Human Resources.

He brings his fiscal discipline and pragmatic problem-solving skills to the table in a collaborative, responsible and compliant manner.

Randy has used training from his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and his graduate M.S. degree in Human Resources Management to apply strategic and tactical business solutions to leaders to resolve unmet business needs.
